Refund and cancellation policy

Digitaleem does not take payments on this website. Enquiries and applications are free.

Paid programs

When you join a paid program, we confirm the fee, the schedule and the refund and cancellation terms for that program in writing before you pay.

If we cancel

If Digitaleem cancels or reschedules a program you have paid for and you cannot attend the new dates, we refund the fee for the part you have not received.
